Schedule. Unless otherwise arranged, all holidays start on Saturday and end on the following Saturday. Transport can be arranged from Shannon or Kerry Airports or from Tralee or Killarney bus/train stations.

Raingear, waterproof jacket and pants, walking boots with good ankle support and grip, walking stick if preferred, hat gloves, thermos, day sack, insect repellant (May-September). Remember, lots of thin layers (of fleece, for example) are better than one bulky layer.

Walking Boots Tours will not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss of or damage to baggage or possessions, or injury arising to anyone participating in any of the holidays offered. Outdoor activities may, by their nature, be hazardous and involve risk. It is recommended that you take out personal accident insurance. You may also want to consider travel insurance as an added protection.

To reserve your place on any tour you may telephone, fax or e-mail me with your full address and I will send a booking form. I will hold this reservation for 14 days until receipt of the completed booking form. I require a deposit of 33% of your total holiday cost paid 3 months before start of the holiday. You can pay by money order or bank draft in Irish pounds or the Euro equivalent. The balance is due one month before the start of your holiday.

Full refund of deposit (less 65 euro cancellation fee) with more than 45 days notice. 50% refund if notified between 30-45 days. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of a holiday. Walking Boots Tours reserves the right to cancel a holiday up to four weeks prior to the starting date. If we find it necessary to cancel a holiday for any reason your deposit will be refunded. Walking Boots is not responsible for unused airline tickets.
